• The family (you) determines what you want to keep from the estate.
• We meet and determine the best course of action for the remains, an on-premise estate sale or discuss options. Our % only fee is determined by volume of items & amount of work needed to bring you top $ in the time frame required from your estate.
• We present all items in an organized and marketable display on-premise to maximize its sales appeal. Jewelry and other small collectibles are presented in special display cases. When necessary, crowd control procedures are provided. Personal items returned to family.
• Efficient cleaning, displaying and pricing of all items.
• On-premise estate sales run in a professional fair and firm manner- scheduled mark-downs.
• The estate sale is held for one to three days, depending on the size of the estate. There are instances when it has to go two weekends.
• Proceeds from the estate sale are paid within  (14) days, additional items deemed worthy can be consigned or sold via internet.
• All of the remains from the estate sale are sold as a lot to a specialty buy-out company
• We leave home in broom clean condition.
  

Marketing: Each sale is advertised via email customer list, in local on-line newspapers, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, our website and other sites. Signage is strategically placed at key intersections and streets to draw people to the sale. For each sale, we photograph key items and market them to our large database of customers and post the photos on estate sale sites advertising sites.
